Sport whippets

We have been using K9 Gold Label products for our sport whippets for a year and a half now, and we couldn’t be more enthusiastic! Our dogs train intensively and compete regularly, so good support is truly indispensable.

Muscle Performance has made an enormous difference in both muscle development and condition. Our dogs have become stronger, recover much faster after their runs and stay energetic until the very end of a competition day. We also use Hemoglobine, and Electrolyte on competition days — and you really notice it. Where other dogs get tired towards the final, ours seem to find their second gear.

Thanks to this fantastic support, last September we were even able to call one of our dogs World Champion! In fact, all of our dogs regularly make the podium — something we are incredibly proud of.

We have also seen great results during rehabilitation. One of our dogs broke his leg as a puppy while playing. We then started with Puppy Grow, and it visibly supported his recovery. His bones have grown perfectly and he now competes successfully himself.

My experience with K9 Gold Label,

and why we are completely convinced.

As dog sport enthusiasts with 5 Dutch Shepherds, we do our best to take care of our dogs as well as possible: the right exercise, good nutrition, sufficient rest and matching supplements for optimal performance. However, finding a suitable supplement was not an easy task. For years we tried different brands, but often saw no difference in the dogs over the longer term. Besides always having to buy small tubs, they were never formulas I could get in one tub to support my dogs in every way. This resulted in a confusing number of different supplements at home, an empty wallet and unfortunately still not the desired result for my dogs. Because of this, we stopped giving supplements to our dogs for quite a while and relied entirely on good nutrition.
 
Until, a little over a year ago, I contacted K9 Gold Label. I was somewhat sceptical because of my previous experiences with supplements. A few months before a major sporting event, we started giving Muscle Performance to one dog. I soon saw that it had a positive effect on her digestion. After a few days it was clear that her recovery was easier and faster, which allowed her to easily get through a long weekend of competition, with great results. 
To my surprise, I had apparently found a supplement that fully met my requirements — not only in theory, I could clearly see it in practice too. I soon decided to put a second dog on K9 Gold Label: an older dog with spondylosis who still loves to join in, but has difficulty building muscle because of it. It was a longer road with this dog, but with the right build-up combined with Muscle Performance, this older lady now easily keeps up with the younger dogs. Her muscles are becoming more and more symmetrical, so she has been able to take up agility again without pain, and she once again effortlessly joins our long distances while canicross trail running. So without any doubt I have put my other dogs on K9 Gold Label as well, and I would recommend it to everyone.

My name is Maud and together with my 20-month-old Bullmastiff male Butcher, I compete in dog shows.

Luxembourg Champion and, with a bit of luck, Belgian and International Champion this year (he already has the points for Dutch Champion; the rule in the Netherlands is simply that this title can only be awarded from 28 months of age)

And these are just a few highlights of his great show career.

Besides being a show dog, he is also our dearest friend at home.

From puppyhood we have done everything we could to raise him as beautiful and healthy as possible. Good nutrition, but also supplements — including your Muscle Performance, which I have been feeding since March 2025 — have certainly contributed to how great he looks.

Especially with a breed that grows very fast as a puppy and becomes very heavy, you want to feed them as healthily and balanced as possible.
